RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges within Victoria
Our mission is to make sure you and your family can always be on the water when you want to. If anything goes wrong with your Palli gear, send us a note to warranty@pallipaddle.com.  Within 48 hours, we will pick up your damaged gear and leave replacement gear. We will fix your gear and return it to you. If it can not be fixed, we will replace your gear.

Returns and Exchanges within Canada and USA
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at warranty@pallipaddle.com to start the process.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8-4619 Elk Lake Drive, Victoria, BC, V8Z5M2, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will fix your board and pay for it to be shipped back to you.
