Returns and Exchanges within Victoria
Our mission is to make sure you and your family can always be on the water when you want to. If anything goes wrong with your Palli gear, send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring your damaged gear to our shop at Thetis Lake, 2-121 Presley Place. If you need replacement gear, let us know. We will fix your gear. If it can not be fixed, we will replace your gear.
Returns and Exchanges within Canada and USA
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to start the process.
To return your product, you should bring or post your product to: 2-121 Presley Place, Victoria, BC, V9B0S4, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will fix your board and pay for it to be shipped back to you.
