I had the best experience with Palli paddle boards, the team there were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and we had a great time out in the water! I will definitely recommend my friends and family. Can’t wait for the next time!

Excellent experience overall. Booking was done easily through my phone, and service was prompt and friendly! Super convenient service, was dropped off/picked up at the beach of our choice, so all you have to do is have a good time!

My wife and I went to the thetis lake location. Free parking, pick up your board which is waiting outside, walk to the lake with it which is an incredibly easy walk, paddle for a couple hours walk back, drop it off and leave. No pumping up, no cleaning, book online ahead of time.

Everyone I dealt with there was very courteous and helpful. They very graciously gave me a chance to try out two different boards so I could decide which I preferred. They shared lots of useful knowledge without pressuring my decision. I would recommend their shop without hesitation.
